Label says Size 20 but measurements would suggest otherwise....Probably 22/24.

Turquoise, black and blue. Collar, eight buttons. Long sleeve on buttoned cuff or can be rolled and buttoned as in photograph. Shoulder pads and side splits. Two small pleats falling from centre shoulder.
