Black crinoline petticoat.

Designed to be worn under full circle skirts and dresses, this petticoat has five tiers of nylon net with a satin-bound hem.

It has a full-length organza underskirt so there is no scratchy feeling against your skin.

These petticoats are a must for giving that true 1950s shape to full circle skirts and dresses.

The petticoat has an elastic waist and was a little too long and too large for me when I bought it so I got a length of elastic that fitted my waist and have folded over the original waistband over this and top-stitched it down. This can easily be removed if the petticoat is too short or tight for new owner.

Length of petticoat is 28" (71cm) and is currently sized to fit a 34" (86cm) waist. It would easily fit a 36" or 38" (91cm or 96cm) waist if the top-stitching and new elastic was unpicked and removed. This would also add another inch (3cm) to the length.

Excellent condition, only worn four times. Only selling because I've managed to find some genuine vintage petticoats that are a better length for my vertically challenged body!
