It is not electrically conductive, perfect for laptops and desktop computers with both high end and low end CPUs.

==How to Use==

1. Clean the CPU and Heatsink surfaces, by wiping the surface lightly with a cotton ball or cotton swab dampened with isopropyl alcohol with purity above 90%, or our Halnziye HY220 Thermal Cleaner (Recommended, see our other listings)
2. Place a tiny drop of the thermal compound on the CPU surface, in the centre.
3. Spread it evenly with the spreader (supplied free with this product) Best thickness is 0.13 - 0.15mm .
4. Attach the heatsink to the CPU .
5. Avoid removing the heatsink after attaching it to the CPU .
