It has a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro (x64) activated with a digital entitlement and ready to use. It also has a genuine Windows 7 Pro COA so either OS can be reloaded in the future and activated without any issue. We are happy to downgrade to Windows 7 Pro if you prefer, at no additional cost.
