The UPS has possibly been sitting boxed for up to 3 years unused for backup, but am unable to find a manufacturer date but it is the current model sold by APC. I have tested batteries and they are as manufactured specs. I have tested with a 860w (true idle output around 400w) server with batteries lasting 54m
