Perfect for a small to medium business looking for a high quality all-in-one print/copy/scan solution for the office.
Printer purchased new in April 2010 for use in a workspace shared by 15 people.
Medium usage until March 2011 when we moved to a new managed/lease print solution after expanding our offices. Usage since that time has been very low.
Originally bought for $5k, including extended HP 3yr 4h 9x5 support (ends April 2013).
Colour and monochrome laser printing (up to 1200x600 dpi and up to 31 ppm), recommended monthly print volume 2000 to 6000 pages.
Automatic double-sided printing and copying, and includes automatic document feeder.
Scanner - up to 600 dpi resolution
Copier - up to 600 dpi resolution
Digital sending features include scan to email, send to network folder.
Supported formats - PDF, JPEG, TIFF
Photo printing functionality supported.
