This is licensed for business and is not the student or education version. It can be installed on two computers and is eligible for Adobe registration and support.

The perpetual commercial licence is great if you just want to own the software outright and have no monthly premiums. In saying that though, the CS5 product also entitles you to a considerable monthly discount if you want to upgrade to the cloud at a later stage under a business plan.

I am the sole owner of the licence but I don't need it anymore as I am not in business.

Transfer of the licence is easy, just have an adobe account and fill out a licence transfer form and email it through to Adobe. Once the transfer is done the license will show up in your account making you the new legal owner of the license.
