Your iPad needs to be functioning normally when we receive it with its only issue a broken glass screen. If you have questions about the condition of your iPad or think you may need a LCD screen or if any other part is damaged, please ask questions first.

Shipping Instructions: After placing an order for an iPad screen repair service, we will send you an email of the shipping address.

Please note that we strongly recommend you use a tracked courier when sending your gadget, this is for your own guarantee of delivery and insurance purposes.

1. Please note that drop off & pickups are not allowed.
2. You will send the device to us at your expense
3. We will send the device to you after repairing at our expense.
4. Backup the data of your device before sending it to us. We will not take responsibility for any loss of data due to repair.
5. We offer a 3 Months warranty on our repaired devices. However, this warranty is voided on devices, which are physically, or water/heat damaged.
6. If the parcel is lost/Damaged in the transit, YOU will contact the Courier Company for claiming the device. We will not be held responsible for the device (iPad) if it is lost/damaged in the transit. You will provide device ownership proof to courier company.
7. We will NOT take responsibility for any type of loss (Business, loss of reputation, use, data, revenue, profit, goodwill or anticipated savings) due to the repair.
8. Pack your iPad adequately to avoid damage during shipment.
