This Auction is for a 100mm (4 inch) Silicon Chip Wafer as Pictured.

Silicon Wafers are used to Produce the Chip Wafers that are inside Integrated Circuits and Computer Processors.

I am not sure which die is on this wafer but the Photo's are of the wafer you will get.

These wafers would normally be cut up to get approximately several hundred Silicon Chips after they have been tested for functionality while still complete.

This Silicon Wafer would make an excellent addition to any CPU/ Microprocessor collection as an example to show your friends how CPU's are made.

Silicon Wafers are not normally available in New Zealand and this is a RARE EXAMPLE.
