It says on the box will run on Windows 98, ME, windows 2000 & XP. I have just plugged it in to my new computer thats running Windows 7 & tested it in "control panel / Devices" "test device" & it appears to work fine. All the buttons work in the test program & also the joystick button.
Packaging has been opened but only used to see if Windows 7 recognises this device
