This is a cross stitch kit called 'New Beginnings' which is a design of Noah's Ark and various animals including a dove. It is a Birth Record but could also be done with just a child's name or no words at all. The kit comes with 14 count white Aida fabric, cottons, a needle, full instructions plus a free card for a new born.
