Fab floral cotton velvet skirt panels x 4.

This was made up into a skirt at some point but has since been unpicked.

There are 4x panels and each measures approx: 20cm wide at the top 42cm at the bottom 1.15m in length

You could either finish the skirt (seams, zip, waist band) or turn the fabric into something else.
