Re wound from cones. Not knitted before.

I am fairly sure this is a cotton or a cotton blend. It feels like top quality and while I had plans to do something with it myself - I still cannot think of what that something would be. The colours no longer appeal - that sort of thing - even though it IS lovely.

It looks to be about a 4 ply (3.25 mm knitting needles) to me - so it could be used in all manner of ways - double stranded even. It's up to you. SOCKS could be an option. Would probably go well on a machine, but I am not an expert in that department.
