ALUMINIUM is the "Rolls Royce" of Bobbins. Aluminum Bobbins add much Less Resistance or Drag to the bobbin thread tension. Aluminum is usually machined to higher tolerances than steel. Aluminum Bobbins are RECOMMENDED by Sewing Machine Manufacturers for Machines with Thread Undertrimmers.

Aluminum Bobbins are ideal for difficult or problem applications. They usually cost 300% to 600% more than STEEL Bobbins but we are able to offer them for just a bit more than Steel. So you can use the Finest Possible Bobbins for just a little more than Steel Bobbins!
