This cool Butterick pattern from 1980 allows you to create 3 styles of top.

These patterns say they are size 8 and will fit someone with the following measurements.

Bust: 80cm Waist: 61cm Hip: 85cm

From the back: Jane Tise: Top. A: Semi-fitted top has "U" neckline, front buttoned band closing, cut away armholes, purchased drawstring hemline and purchased lace trim. B: semi-fitted top has "U" neckline, front buttoned closing, cut away armholes, elasticized waistline forming self peplum and purchased lace and ribbon trim.
