Can be used cold - freeze for 2 hours+
Can be used Hot - Microwave 1 minute, or immerse in hot water 3-4 minutes.

Soft Gel filling lets you wrap the pack to fit your neck, shoulder, elbow,
or any area needing relief. Great for headaches & neck pains. Soft woven
nylon cover material is very comfortable.

1 x Reuseable Chemical Reactive instant Heat Pack

The pad contains water, food grade sodium acetate trihydrate & a stainless
steel disc.

To activate, simply flex the metal disc in the pack, and the reaction
occurs, heating the pad to approx 50 deg c.

The pads will retain temerature once activated for approx 30 - 60 mins, &
gradually cool to room temp.

Once the pad has cooled to room temp, & before using again, put in boiling
water for approx 5 mins to reset, or can be microwaved in water.
Once cool, flex disc at any time to reactivate the heat.

They can be reused hundreds of times.

Medical uses: Relief of Arthritic pain, Menstrual cramps, back aches, neck
ache, sports injuries, Physiotherapy, bringing up veins for easier needle
insertion.

Other uses: Car seat warmer, keeping you warm at sporting events, warm up
that sleeping bag while camping, Emergency warming for trampers & climbers,
Snow climbers, Skiers.
Can also be used as a cold pack. Fridge use NOT freezer.
130mm x 250mm is a great size to wrap round your neck, shoulders, knees for
instant penetrating warmth.
Comes with a cloth cover which doubles as a cover when using, and as a bag
when boiling for reuse.
