This listing is for a new "next generation" Camelion BC-0907 Intelligent Fast Charger. Like other high-end chargers this unit:

- Charges 1, 2, 3, or 4 AA or AAA NIMH batteries using independent charging circuits
- Includes an LCD display to show each battery's charging status
- Has a 240 volt mains adaptor and a 12 volt car cigarette lighter adaptor
- Charges AA batteries at 2200 mA and AAAs at 800 mA (just over an one hour)
- Uses a microprocessor and a timer to control cut-off for double safety protection
- Uses trickle charging to maximise and maintain battery capacity after the primary charge
- Has reverse polarity, overheat and over current, defective and non-rechargeable battery detection

Unlike other high-end chargers this unit also:

- Comes with a worldwide voltage adaptor that accepts input voltages between 100 and 240 volts (50/60 Hz)
- Uses series and pulse charging technology for fast and efficient charging
