"Hoya" Brand - Japan Zoom Close up Lens (add on) or attachment, scale 0.1 to 0.49m infinity . A rare item to find very handy if your lens doesn't have closeup.

Comes with front and rear caps and Bag. Excellent condition, smooth & working well, Glass is clean and clear, no fungus or dust or any nasties.

It has 49mm screw thread mount, just screw it to the front of your lens just like a filter. Can be used with Film and Digital lenses.
