I've bought this kit in May 11th 2010 from Photo Warehouse Megastore in Auckland.

Immaculate condition.

About the body, Canon 5D Mark II:
No scratches, no marks, nothing at all. Not even sign of light wearing, looks like it's new. Works perfectly well. The mirror doesn't have 1 grain of dust on it. Since first minute in use, the digital screens in the back and top have been protected with a film protector designed for the 5D MKII. I have washed my hands every time before using it. Yes I'm that obsessed. :)

About the Zoom lens EF24-105mm f/4:
Barely used. No scratches, no marks. I have a couple of other lenses that I use more. Even so, it's always been protected with a Polarizer filter. Always kept in a dry and safe place, works perfectly well too. The filter is not going with the lenses because it was a bit pricey (77mm) and I might use with my new kit. It's not part of this kit originally. So I suggest you buy at least a UV one for protection.

They both have barely been exposed to the exterior world. Most of my shots were architectural, mostly inside, and macro in studio. Always on a tripod. No accidents or hostile weather around it.

Less than 3,500 shots. 3,200s at the moment to be more precise.
