I have upgraded my camera, this is no longer needed and is just sitting in the cupboard. Comes with everything pictured, sorry I don't have the box or manual however the manual can be downloaded at: http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/manuals/pdf/index/s/finepix_s8000fd_manual_01.pdf
It has eight megapixels of resolution with an 18x optical zoom lens. I have tested it and it works well and comes with a new battery charger and batteries (which cost more than the start price!).
Pick yourself up up a good little camera that's cheap!
