Hybrid design with valve input stage and solid-state output. Each monoblock runs 2 x ECC88 and 1 x ECC83 valves. They are switchable between class A and class AB. Originally designed to drive inefficient speakers like B & W 801s so can deliver plenty of current.

The RCA inputs and the speakers terminals are the original WBT type.

They were built like a brick outhouse and were the heaviest Hi-Fi equipments that I have ever owned bar speakers.
