I am very privileged to be presenting the USA-built CANARY AUDIO products to NZ consumers for the first time.

Beautifully built, and absolutely beautiful sounding valve-based Monoblocks, Stereo Amplifiers, Pre-amplifiers, Phono-amplifiers and CD Players.

Most of their amplifier designs are based around the music-lover’s favourite valve, the famous 300B.

As well as making a fantastic SET amp, with the usual power output of around 8watts, they looked at real-world needs for many music lovers and decided upon the unusual practice of using the 300B in Push Pull designs.

They are producing amplifiers, using the 300B valve, with power outputs up to 80watts, which is fantastic for the music lover who loves the 300B’s midrange magic but also wants the drive and dynamism the extra power brings.

These are truly exotic high end products at, (in the context of what they achieve), mid-range prices.

This high end Canary CA-906 valve preamplifier has been imported especially to match sonically and aesthetically with the fabulous CANARY M-500 Monoblocks listed elsewhere.

It has an external power supply in a separate chassis to avoid undesirable electro-magnetic interference with the line stage.
