In 2004 the Reimyo was assessed by many to be the best CD player (combined transport and DAC) in the World. Times have moved on, but its still an incredibly, natural, organic-sounding player that picks up detail and 3D cues like few others. Originally priced at over $20,000 and now getting little more than 3-4hrs use per week. I'm the 3rd owner and it is still in superb condition and runs faultlessly: comes with a remote, but no volume control. I have the original box and manual.
