Home theater amp, Dolby Digital, DTS. 70 Watts per channel. Probably 12 to 15 years old. Works fine but I just upgraded to one with HDMI inputs. Has optical and coax inputs, sounded awesome with my Cambridge BlueRay player. Sounds pretty sweet playing music too and would make a perfectly fine stereo amp if you had small main speakers but had a sub for extra oomph. Comes with remote and owners manual if I can find it.
