The Dali Suite S1.2 is the kind of subwoofer you should consider if you're looking for a very serious high-end bass machine that will both look and perform splendidly. The Dali Suite S1.2 is the perfect sub for those who want a powerful (yet not wrecking) bass in their room, perfectly capable of offering exceptional performance with both music and movies, no matter whether we're speaking high-def formats of plain stereo in 2.1 arrays.

The Dali Suite S1.2 comes in a neat cabinet made of non-resonant heavy MDF boards with heavy bracing and damping on the inside so that no vibration could deteriorate the sonic performance. The front plate of the woofer is thicker for a better accommodation of the massive woofer, while the baseplate is thick and very heavy for a stable placement and trouble-free operation; even more, the baseplate has spikes ensuring better decoupling.

The Dali Suite S1.2 has a 200W amplifier heart that pumps its heavy bass in a large 12” woofer with a cone made of air-dried pulp, capable of offering between 29 and 200Hz response for a really shaking experience. Despite the fact that the cabinet of the Dali Suite S1.2 is closed, there is no such thing as a choked sound: everything is pure and smooth, even at high levels.

The Dali Suite S1.2 CAN BLAST A 111dB sound pressure level and can also receive both mono line level signal and stereo LFE (low-frequency effects) line level sources.

The sub has a small chip in the top veneer, hardly noticeable, it was like that from the shop.
