Husqvarna 2000 Sewing machine. Made in Sweden. 43 years old. Has always been a great machine. Have done a lot of sewing on this machine But I'm afraid I have not used it since 2002 and it has deteriated. Been in storage and motor has ceased. The inside is not rusty. ALL THE FOOT PLATES THERE AND a gatherer attachment. DOSE buttonholes and embroidery. All the necessary Stitches for stretch fabric etc. Does hemming and overlocking. Great mender.The base of machine is aluminium type metal and has oxidised around the base. Same with the tray. I was told by a repair place once when getting a service that this machine was a better machine than models that came after this one. It has a case too but not very good condition. Buyer needs to collect or arrange own courier to collect. I will happily assist with both. Someone who knows sewing machines may be interested in restoring it. It was going when it was packed away so will go again with knowledge of repairs of this sort.
