Radio looks like new no marks only missing mic cover was missing wen i got it for you to.
I can program the radio for 70cm repeaters. All i need is rx/tx freq's and ctcss tone or if you know the freq,s you use i can program it for you.
It can receive from 470.00 mhz to 487.00 mhz Only.
The desktop charger is new its a BC-171
+ BC-147S Ac adapter
