Payment: You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions. Payment must be made within 3 days of the auction closing unless otherwise agreed with the Store Manager.

Pick Ups: We allow pick-ups from our dtr stores Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm. Pick ups outside of these hours can be made by prior arrangement with the Store Manager.

Buy Now: We do not offer a "Buy Now" price on our New or Pre Loved (second hand) items.
