Brand new, includes all packaging and material that comes with the item. Packaging is in excellent condition, as you'd expect from a BRAND NEW item.

Please note: The system menu is almost entirely Japanese - if you want to adjust settings it's a bit of trial and error to find out where to go, or you'll need to refer to an online guide (if you don't speak Japanese). I don't speak any Japanese and didn't have any real trouble when I checked it out but your mileage may vary.
