Yes :) 30 days. We don't guarantee consumables such as batteries, tyres etc... We also can't guarantee an item at all if it has a laser and you choose to get it couriered - we'd prefer you pick it up. 

HOW LONG TO I HAVE TO PAY AND/OR COLLECT THIS ITEM? 
5 working days. 

CAN I HAVE LONGER TO PICK IT UP? 
Sorry we don't have the storage space. 

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A PO BOX? 
No sorry. 

CAN YOU GO TO NZ POST AND SEND IT FROM THERE? 
We can only use a courier to pick it up. 

CAN I SEND A COURIER IN PERSON OR A COURIER TICKET IN THE MAIL? 
No. 

I KNOW IT SAY'S PICK UP ONLY BUT CAN YOU SEND IT? 
No - if it says 'pick up only' it is definitely pick up only. 

CAN I VIEW THIS BEFORE I BID? 
Yes :) We are open 6 days a week. The item is may not be in the retail area so please ask a staff member to get it for you. It may take a few minutes, especially if we are busy so please bring patience.
