My neck and shoulder wheatbags are U shaped to sit comfortably around the neck.

These are great for aches, pains and strains especially from playing sports or gardening. These are perfect for across the lower back if you get back pain.

Wheatbags are great for heating the beds. they are much safer then a hot water bottle.
They are a good way for warming the cot before bed (always remove the wheat bag before putting baby in the cot)


Very good for the pain while in labour. Hospitals and birthing centres generally have microwaves especially for heating wheatbags so dont forget to take it with you. (Personal experience)

Wheat bags are very easy to use. Just 2-4 minutes in a microwave with half a cup of water. The water is so the wheat does not dry out, and therefore wont burn.


These wheat bags are segmented for even distribution of wheat so you dont get hot spots.
