It came from well known shop (not so many nowadays) in Asakusa Tokyo that only known by special people.to use.

This superb item was purchased many years ago by my late mother who loved traditional dance.

Black lacquer comb has three dimentions lovely 22 ct gold painted, golden flowers with four pale pink cultured pearls inside.

Size: 15 cm = 6 inches hight & 9.2 cm = 3.2/8" widest. Please compare with New Zealand one dollar coin.

Condition: Mint as never been used. No chips, cracks, hairlines, scratches or repaisr.

This item is very popular for particular reason for Geisha, Maiko girls using thier hair style among other things but it ok for all other women who's got long hair as well. Surely catch people eyes!
