The blender can be used wet or dry. To use it wet, run it under the tap allowing it to soak through, causing it to swell. Squeeze all excess water out and pat dry. Apply your makeup, then dab onto your skin and gently smooth out. Use the rounded end to cover larger areas, and the tapered end for around your eyes and nose or to apply concealer. Use dry with powders, or with liquid makeup if you prefer.

Quality Comparison - There are many versions of this product on the market but the quality varies. Lesser quality sponges have a pitted-uneven appearance, resulting in ‘dragging’ the sponge to apply the makeup which gives less coverage, and the sponge itself soaks up the makeup.
