These are great little blood pressure monitors because they are so easy to use. Simply velcro the strap around your wrist (this can be done easliy by yourself) and push the ON button. You will feel it start to inflate. When it has reached the appropriate pressure it you will start to feel it deflate while it takes the reading. When finished it will display your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse rate clearly on the screen. That's it!
