The Observer is the first 4WD electrical wheel-chair, that automatically adjusts the body’s center of gravity to the angle of slope you're driving (gyroscope). Driving up and down stairs or hills, your body will keep the same upright position as if driving along a flat surface. This makes driving more comfortable and safe. Now stairs, steps, and other obstacles wouldn’t affect your driving experience. Our wheelchair can climb and descend as many as 36 stairs and steps as high as 15 cm, with a max track angle up to 45 degrees. In this product, Observer engineers have combined :

• Four-wheel drive with two engines, 1200Wt each, which generates around 3.5 horsepower.
• Safe frame with 120mm clearance.
• Short wheel base and 40mm or 45mm wheels for overcoming obstacles up to 15 cm high.
• A great ability to drive over bad conditions and make U-turns on a dime.
• Ability to climb and descend up to 36 stairs, and steps as high as 15 cm, or climb a track angle up to 45 degrees, and automatically keep user's seat adjusted to horizontal.

Batteries: 4 helium batteries (with a capacity of 27a/hr each) can provide up to 20 km (12.4274 miles) of climbing and driving on rough terrain, and up to 30 km (18.6411 miles) on straight and hard road surface.
