Used in an electric oil burner, clary sage can ease nervous tension, stress, depression, anxiety, and insomnia.
It can be used in massage, or diluted in the bath to assist with muscle pains, frigidity, depression, anxiety, menstrual problems, PMS, stress, nervous tension & insomnia.
In massage, clary sage is extremely relaxing, inducing very deep states.

Clary sage blends well with: lavender, pine, geranium, sandalwood, jasmine, frankincense and citrus oils.
