Eucalyptus may alleviate symptoms of respiratory infection, headache, frequent sneezing, hay fever, flu, sinusitis, mucous congestion and may reduce inflammation.
In muscle rubs or in the bath, it may relieve sore muscles, spasms, arthritis and rheumatism.
In a cream or lotion, it may speed up the healing of wounds, skin eruptions and may clear congested skin.
When very diluted in water it can be gargled to ease the symptoms of a sore throat.
