Dr Edward Bach formulated a range of 38 Bach Flowers. These flower essences were designed specifically to balance the emotions. When our emotional well being is in tune, our physical and spiritual body is easier to keep balanced, assisting us to achieve a higher level of health. Bach flowers are extremely safe & gentle, suitable for all ages. Babies, children, adults, pregnant women, elderly and pets.

Our Bach Flower Blends are in a base of CIDER VINEGAR, Vegetable Glycerine, Spring Water, and Alcohol (extremely minimal at 0.05%) making it good for young children. Most children enjoy the flavor) & animals Also great for people who do not want it in an alcohol base. This is for one 25ml bottle.

You can choose up to 7 Bach Flower essences in your personalised blend. We will email you a sheet with the different flowers for you to choose from to make up a blend, or if you give us details of what is a major concern we could also suggest ones most suited for the blend. Here are a few examples where they may be helpful:

Willow - for those who have suffered adversity or misfortune and find it difficult to accept without complaint.

White Chestnut - for those who can not prevent thoughts, ideas, arguments which they do not desire from entering their head.

Mimulus - Fear of known things like illness, pain, accidents, the dark, flying. These people secretly bear their dread and do not freely speak of it to others.

Gentian - For those who are easily discouraged, any small delay or hinderance to their progress causes doubt and soon disheartens them.
