A REIKI SELF-HEALING EXPERIENCE "When I was out for the evening I slipped and landed on my knee cap really badly. It swelled up immediately and was extremely painful, so much so it was difficult to walk and drive. Luckily I could give myself Reiki immediately. I put my hands on my knee whenever I could during that evening. The next day when I woke up I was able to walk normally, the swelling was completely gone and there was no pain; but my knee cap was completely black.
