Pregnancy pillows are ideal for woman that suffer from sleep problems, pain and discomfort during pregnancy including leg cramps, back and muscle pain. Our full length (152cm x 45cm) maternity pillow provides support for growing tummies and because it conforms to your body position it can be shaped around the legs, belly and back providing comfort and support where you need it most.

Left side sleep is recommended, particularly in the latter stages of pregnancy. For woman who do not enjoy sleeping in this position this pillow assists in comfortably maintaining this position. The pillow should be placed between your knees to relieve pressure on the nerves in the lower spine.
