Consult a medical professional first and follow the instructions

1. Collect the urine specimen in any clean and dry container. Any urine specimen is appropriate for Ovulation Testing.

2. Immerse the strip into the urine sample for at least 5 seconds (the arrow end should point towards the urine). Do not immerse past the MAX (Marker Line). Place test strip on a non-absorbent surface after 5 seconds.

3. Read the result at 5 minutes. Do not read results after more than 5 minutes.
