Toyo Scissors and texturisers are manufactured from the highest quality Japanese stainless steel. Some models are titanium plated or coated to enhance the durability and provide non allergenic properties. All scissors and texturisers are attractively packaged and include finger loop inserts and a quality scissor oil.
