This diet is very simple but effective. The foods can be found in local supermarket.

Easy and safe. Uses normal food.

NOTE: The diet plan does contain meat, but you can substitute it with synthetic soya meat, or cottage cheese. It is not a soup diet.

For the best results, use the 3 day diet plan and eat my Wife's Secret Recipe meal at least once a day (for lunch or dinner), on the 'off days' from the diet.
