Remember the difference here, is WA HYPNO is available to answer any questions/support you may need after the virtual surgery as you will be given contact details with the instruction sheets.

Virtual gastric band adjustment CD is also included.This CD is used a week or so after you have used the Surgery CD to give you the ability to adjust the virtual band.

Is it really this easy?

Yes it is, however it will also take effort on your part to really want to succeed, you need to follow the easy to understand diet sheets and other info. Remember the weight that you have put on, took years to get there, its not going to all come off in the first week.
