My 11 year old daughter was given a beautiful towel as a special gift from her Granny who purchased it from Kirkcaldie and Stains while on holiday in Wellington.
Unfortunately the towel had a flaw and the side came undone.
Kirkcaldie and Stains were fabulous and replaced the towel - requiring both of us to courier the towel back and forth. However the next towel was also similarly flawed and I returned it again.
Kirkcaldie and Stains have issued us a store credit for $70.50 which included the expense of returning the towels.
Sadly we are not in Wellington so we thought we would try our luck on Trade me and sell the gift voucher and purchase another towel locally.
