This bed is one of only two like it in NZ. Custom Made by top furniture maker. Bed comes with mattress/linen.

The reclaimed timber is 60 years old In excess of 50 hours was required in construction. The slats are quila which is screwed into the solid rimu frame. Each beam weighs about 60 kg. Thus the whole bed weighs about 200kg. Each beam is approx 2.2m x 40cm x 15cm. Finding rimu this dimension is near on impossible.

The build cost for this bed was well over $2500.

Mattress and bedding has used twice - So pretty much brand new !! Buyer can choose if they do or do not want it.

I can transport and reassemble it if you live within 2 hours of Hamilton for a price that would cover my petrol and hours that it takes.
