Good order, can lift the motor and hoses off to do stairs etc, has a small turbo brush attachment- no hepa filter though ( you can purchase a replacement I haven't bothered )- good suction. Somehow I've ended uo with 4 vacuum cleaners, so a couple have got to go - Great for pet hair. I can bring to Hamilton Matamata or Auckland if that helps
