- Chain control side
- Stack side (left, right or centre-open)

It's extremely important that your measurements are exact; please measure from inside the TOP of your window frame (in millimetres for accuracy) from end to end. Please DON'T make any deductions for brackets as we do this once we have your measurements.

Approximate delivery time is within ten working days from date payment is received.
