We have used no chemical sprays in the growing of our Garlic. All biologically grown. Our preferred Garlic for roasting. Nice even cloves with red skin.

We have sent our Garlic to the Garlic Centre in Sussex in England for an independent assessment of the taste and Allicin content.

Taste analysis- Ajo Rojo Slow burning but very strong intensity with a sweet flavour lasting around 14 seconds on the tongue. Very powerful aroma, an almost overwhelming taste from this top quality Garlic. (When eaten raw) Very high producer of Allicin – Nature’s antibiotic.
