2 x 200 gram pack of Premium Dutch Process cocoa from Holland.

To make a cup of chocolate ( it doesn't taste like the cocoa Kiwis are used to from the supermarket) put one heaped teaspoon in a cup, add a little boiling water, briefly stir into a mud - then top the cup with milk, microwave and stir again, and Enjoy! - simply fabulous.

This cocoa smells like chocolate, tastes like chocolate, is dark brown like chocolate, and is the key ingredient for making Premium Dark chocolate. Unlike the cheap low fat brands, it isn't bitter so doesn't really need sugar. So it's a healthy supper option for kids too. And sugar free too !

Each pack contains 200 grams of De Zaan 21 % fat cocoa - it is pure cocoa with zero additives. Pure Dutch cocoa is considered to be a super food - a super-strong antioxident. It is also fabulous in baking and gluten free.

ONE LARGE TEASPOON ( 6-7 grams) makes one cup - so two x 200g packs makes 55-60 cups of chocolate. Compare that with the chocolate mixs today full of sugar, artificial flavourings and who knows what !

The cocoa is shipped in two Detpak (Aussie-made) polyethylene Food Grade heavy duty brown paper bags with a fold wire re-enforced top, packed in a strong cardboard shipping box.
